The Pre-Primary Program - is for children 2 1/2 to 6 years of age. It is a three hour morning program that is offered five days a week. All materials are age specific. It provides a nurturing environment during the critical stage of a child's development. Individualized learning at the child's natural pace takes place within the classroom. Older children serve as role models for younger children. Children are encouraged to grow academically through the use of specially designed and sequenced Montessori materials. They also experience art, music, and movement daily. The outside learning environment is also an essential part of every day activities.
Extended Day Program (Kindergarten) - is for children five years of age and older. It is from 9:00am until 2:30pm five days a week. All materials are age specific. Children in this program learn the necessary skills to prepare them for the first grade. This is the most important year in the three year learning cycle. It is the third year in which the child "blooms" in their social, emotional and academic skills. They are the leaders of the classroom!
Early Bird Program - is provided for parents who must provide care for their children before going to work. Hours are from 7:30am - 9:00am.
Mimi's Cafe - is a lunch program for the children of the Children's House where appropriate behavior and manners are emphasized while dining. Hours are from 12:00 noon - 1:00pm.
The Encore Program -is an afternoon program for children who are enrolled in our Montessori programs. It provides children with a consistent environment throughout the day. A 4:00pm pickup and 5:30pm pickup are available.
